These Terms govern your use of the Patrn website and services at getpatrn.com. By using Patrn you agree to them.

What Patrn is

Patrn generates a personalized AI plan for your business from the answers you provide in the intake. The plan is informational and is not professional, legal, medical, tax or financial advice.

The free plan

The personalized plan is free. It is generated by a large-language model from your answers and reflects our best understanding of your situation at that moment. Any numbers — hours saved, ROI, revenue recovered — are projections, not guarantees. Real outcomes depend on how you implement.

The paid working session

The working session is a one-time paid service billed via Stripe at the price shown on the results page. It includes a live session and a written implementation plan. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Patrn to build anything unlawful, to attempt to extract our system prompts or model outputs at scale, or to abuse the intake with automated submissions.

Intellectual property

Your intake answers and the generated plan are yours to keep and act on. Our website, prompts, frameworks, templates and brand remain ours; the plan you receive is licensed to you for your own business use, not for resale.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patrn is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, for free users, USD 100).

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Patrn is registered (placeholder — the owner should replace with the specific jurisdiction on legal review).
